Setup of Miniature Pump mp6

The setup of the mp6 is simple. It consists of three injection molded housing parts, a valve sheet and the piezo actuator module. All plastic parts are made from Poly Phenylene Sulphone, so there is only one material in contact with the pumping fluid.

The parts allow a very flat design. Depending on the footprint requirements of customers an adaptation is possible.
