Ordering Information

International customers can order directly through our net work of distributors or sales representatives in ASEAN, China, Japan, Italy, South Korea and USA.

International customers from which we do not have a local distributor or sales representative can order directly from Bartels Mikrotechnik GmbH.

Payment Terms

When ordering from outside Germany we ask for prepayment of the order value either by credit card (Visa or Master) or bank transfer. Payment must be carried out in Euro. The products are promptly delivered after payment receipt.
Please notice our minimum order amount of 200€.

Delivery Conditions

EXW Dortmund. Packging, shipment costs and custom fees have to be paid by the customer.

Shipment

Our standard shipment conditions are national with UPS and international with UPS or FedEX including their standard insurance service.
